Ballroom Dance Classes
This class is an introduction to different forms of ballroom dance (salsa, cha cha, waltz, tango, swing, samba, bachata) for individuals or couples. First dance couples can utilize this class to explore the first steps for their special dance.
Children's Ballroom Dance (Ages 6-11)
This class will teach the fundamentals of the art of Latin and ballroom dance in a creative, fun, and nurturing environment.
Level 2/Adult Ballet Classes (Ages 12-adults)
This class is for any level adult who wants a great ballet workout or enjoys taking a class to improve their ballet skills, and for the intermediate or advanced student who wants to master the ultimate level of ballet technique.
Wellness Warriors Group Fitness Classes
This class will work on your mind and body. Immerse yourself in a positive and uplifting environment while experiencing different forms of fitness including cardio, strength-training, stability balls, body barre, exercise bands, yoga, and stretching. Consistency is Key.
Level 1 Ballet Classes (Ages 6-11)
This class will provide ballet education from terminology to properly linking steps into choreography. Breaking down each movement to achieve the greatest technical skills.
Me & My Shadow Classes (Ages 1-5)
This class is a creative movement class for boys and girls ages 1 - 5 and their parent, guardian, or other caregiver. This class promotes fun and imaginative interaction between children and their caregivers through music and dance.
